Wedding in Dordogne - La durantie 2
Today we are in Dordogne, it’s very to difficult to tell you about this wedding, Vicki and Sam have a special place in my heart, you will ask me why? i would say “too much emotion and real life in a few hours”, no trick, no decoration, no black sunglasses, no stress, just people happy to be there at the same time for sharing an important event in their life. Just for private story and to remember (it’s a part of the off voice n the Ali’s mvie) .. i know Chateau La Durantie but with my friend Ali Teraoui we just talked too much in the car and from Limoges we drove to south west instead of East… just lost 3 hours… we started in a very good way. But it was for the rehearsal dinner, the day before.
By the way, Vicki & Sam come from Australia with family and friends to enjoy good time and their wedding in Dordogne. Rain or not rain, we don’t care, just a detail in the story. A very good organization with La Durantie, it’s a Chateau (like Clerbise) where ypu feel like at home, then it’s easy to move and to find the angle, the light.
The first images comes from the day before when we (Ali and me) organised a special moment for them: just 4 candels to say how much they love each others, their first meeting, when you feel “this is my girl.. he is my boy..” and just us to make photos and movie, no noise, just their secret… we say nothing about these… just secrets.
Last and important point (because you asked me a lot about it) the gown comes from Judith Valente The dress has been done with material coming from France…
I can continue to tell about them, their friendly family, her so nice bridesmaid, the fabulous groomsmen…
Dear Vicki and Sam, for the renewal of your vows…where you want (but with your “petite ensemble Chanel”, when you want… i love you.
